I live in Louisville, Kentucky.
As a board president in an older condominium building, I learned how to gain owner support for year-by-year renovations, thus sustaining the property for all.
Later, I was hired at a nearby condominium association over 30 years old. My goal was to demonstrate that investing in hands-on, part-time, on-site condominium management benefits owners. In this case, on-site management resulted in sustaining the aging properties, building community harmony and raising property values.
