Patrick Hohman lives in Louisville, Kentucky.
For a ‘starter home’, he bought a small condominium unit in 1982, in what had been part of an older apartment building.
Years later, he still lives there. Despite the ongoing need for association planning and communication, the small condo is still more affordable than a single family home in the same neighborhood.
Patrick has volunteered on his condo association board of directors for more than 20 years.
He has a degree in Journalism. He still volunteers in his own association, works as a part-time on-site manager at a nearby association, and has been hired for a few condo special projects.
P.S. – Dear Reader,
You can succeed in helping your association.
It mostly takes time, planning, ongoing communications and patience.
I’m pulling for you!
